Required Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of business processes in scope (e.g. HR onboarding, payroll, procurement, etc.)
- Strong experience with ServiceNow, ideally with HRSD experience, Employee Center, Virtual Agent, Knowledge Management, Case Management.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Additional value in Service Now would be Doc Generation, Journey acceleration, Workday integrations, Manager Hub, Onboarding module, and Lifecycle events.
