Service Now Business Lead

 

Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of business processes in scope (e.g. HR onboarding, payroll, procurement, etc.)
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow, ideally with HRSD experience, Employee Center, Virtual Agent, Knowledge Management, Case Management.
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • Additional value in Service Now would be Doc Generation, Journey acceleration, Workday integrations, Manager Hub, Onboarding module, and Lifecycle events.
