Job Description:
- A degree/diploma holder in Information Technology/Civil Engineering or other relevant Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree; – Important
- A post graduate qualification in planning, transportation, asset management would be an advantage; – Ang Govt project experience
- Thorough knowledge of administrative and technical procedures in terms of re-engineered planning and programming processes in any public works and highway agency in a developing country particularly in the Philippines would be beneficial.
Skillset:
Technical :
- data collection methodologies,
- Experience network analysis tools
- GIS applications including development of web based applications;
- system analysis, design and implementation of database management systems,
Softskills :
