Position Overview We’re seeking a bold, collaborative, and highly organized Marketing Director to lead the company’s in-house global marketing team based in Manila. This senior leader will oversee a growing multidisciplinary team including digital marketing, creative, content, communications, analytics, and project management and will serve as the bridge between U.S.-based strategic priorities and local team execution.  

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (based in the U.S.), the Marketing Director will be accountable for ensuring campaign delivery, team performance, cross-functional alignment, and workflow excellence across all marketing workstreams. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strong people manager and marketing generalist who thrives in fast-moving, mission-driven environments.  

Key Responsibilities  

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, performance, and growth of company-based shared marketing services team 
  • Lead, mentor, and support team members across digital marketing, social media, content, copywriting, communications, design, web development, analytics, and project management 
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Manila-based marketing operations and U.S.-based marketing and recruitment teams 
  • Support the Chief Marketing Officer in driving marketing priorities across recruitment marketing, foster parent recruitment, brand awareness, internal engagement, and partnership campaigns 
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assets, campaigns, reports, and projects aligned with company goals and timelines 
  • Drive process improvement, capacity planning, and resource management using tools like Monday.com 
  • Champion collaboration, transparency, and mission alignment across all marketing efforts 
  • Help manage external communications escalations, review workflows, and time-sensitive requests 
  • Represent marketing in cross-functional planning with teams such as People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Communications, and Operations 
  • Monitor KPIs, budget adherence, and performance tracking in collaboration with team leaders and senior leadership 

Qualifications  

  • 8-10+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role, with deep experience managing cross-functional teams 
  • Strong background across a mix of digital, communications, creative, and performance marketing disciplines
  • Proven experience overseeing distributed or global teams and collaborating across time zones
  • Skilled people with a passion for coaching, problem-solving, and team empowerment
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, WordPress, Meta Suite, analytics tools) 
  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, human services, or purpose-driven sectors 
  • Bonus: Familiarity with U.S.-based audiences and recruitment-focused marketing preferred 

Work Schedule & Location  

  • In-person to start, transitioning to a hybrid schedule 
  • Must be able to coordinate effectively with U.S.-based leadership
