seeking a high-impact Sales Hunter to emphasize on business development efforts in Philippines. This is a standout opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual contributor with a consulting background to architect, scale, and execute a strategic sales charter from the ground up. The ideal candidate brings a depth of experience in consultative selling, with the ability to diagnose client challenges, craft tailored value propositions and foster long-term strategic partnerships- driving sustained growth and market leadership in the region
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end business development across IT services and integrated services i.e. SAP, Pega, Microsoft, Cloud, Security, ServiceNow etc)
- Develop market-specific, value-led service propositions targeting key industries
- Lead the entire sales lifecycle from opportunity identification and pursuit to proposal management and deal closure
- Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to craft tailored solutions that align with client needs
- Establish and nurture senior-level relationships, including with C-suite stakeholders, to accelerate long-term growth
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to consistently meet or exceed assigned quarterly and annual targets
- Maintain a strong understanding of client business priorities, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
Role Competency
- 12+ years of total experience with at least 5 years in IT services sales in Philippines
- Strong track record in hunting roles is essential
- Proven success in independently closing at least 3 deals over USD 6M+ in the past 2 years
- Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to craft and lead executive conversations
- Deep understanding of Philippines’s IT spends landscape and vertical-specific buying patterns and understanding of IT services, IT Integrated Services and delivery models
- Commercially astute, with experience building winning proposals and ensuring revenue and margin accountability
- Capable of independently developing sub-markets and establishing footprint in new enterprise accounts
