Job Description:
We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Coupa Business Analyst to enhance our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The candidate will be responsible for leveraging the Coupa platform to streamline procurement, invoicing, and expenses, thereby maximizing efficiency and cost savings. This role requires a combination of procurement expertise, technical proficiency in the Coupa platform, and strong analytical skills to assess, improve, and maintain P2P operations within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Driving the configuration and enhancement of the Coupa platform to meet business needs.
- Analyze existing P2P processes to identify areas for improvement and leverage Coupa to optimize these processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into Coupa solutions.
- Manage the implementation of new Coupa modules and features, including supplier onboarding, catalog management, and invoice compliance.
- Ensure the integrity of P2P data within Coupa and provide support for data analysis and reporting needs.
- Facilitate the integration of Coupa with existing ERP and financial systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to promote best practices and effective use of the Coupa platform.
- Monitor and report on the performance of P2P processes, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with Coupa releases, updates, and enhancements to ensure the organization is utilizing the platform to its fullest potential.
Key Qualifications:
- Proficient understanding of the Coupa platform with direct experience in configuring and optimizing its P2P functions.
- Familiarity with procurement, sourcing, contract management, supplier management, invoicing, and expense management processes.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct needs assessments, process analysis, and requirements gathering.
- Experience in integrating Coupa with various ERP and financial systems.
- Ability to develop and implement best practices in P2P processes and to drive adoption of the Coupa platform across the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of e-procurement and spend management strategies.
Required Education:
Bachelor of Science degree or higher
