Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Fusion Framework built on Salesforce to support business use cases workflows and dashboards
- Develop and maintain custom objects flows validation rules Lightning pages approval processes and custom metadata
- Build and optimize custom components Apex LWCVisualforce where needed
- Manage data models permission sets roles profiles and sharing rules
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional technical solutions
- Support integration with external systems ServiceNow email platforms data sources etc
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues bugs and performance bottlenecks
- Maintain system documentation and provide enduser support or training when required
Required Skills and Experience
- 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform development and administration
- Proven experience working with the Fusion Framework Fusion Risk Management or similar managed packages
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration including custom objects fields flows validation rules and approval processes
- Proficiency in Apex SOQL LWC and Process Builder
- Experience with Salesforce security model including OWD roles sharing rules and permission sets
- Familiarity with DevOps tools eg Git Copado Gearset and deployment best practices
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator ADM201 and Platform Developer I PD1
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ServiceNow Outlook or other thirdparty systems
- Knowledge of Fusionspecific data models and resilience use cases
- Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments
