Required Technical Skills:
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and declarative tools.
- Participate in full lifecycle Salesforce implementations—from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Work collaboratively with consultants and developers to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide best-practice guidance to clients and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Participate in DevOps processes (Salesforce DX), including version control and continuous integration.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce declarative programming and AppExchange tools.
- DevOps experience using tools like Salesforce DX and Git is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud are highly regarded.
