Required Technical Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Strong experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and commonly used AppExchange applications.
- Hands-on knowledge of LWC, Apex, Triggers, API/Web Services, and Salesforce declarative programming techniques.
- Familiarity with Omnistudio and Copado tools.
- Experience in Health Cloud is a strong advantage.
- Ability to lead technical solution design and communicate effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains.
- A strong problem-solver with a passion for delivering high-quality Salesforce implementations.
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions within defined architectural guidelines.
- Provide expert advice on Salesforce best practices, platform capabilities, and technical design of custom and integrated solutions.
